FeverCos Return & Refund Policy
1. Hygiene and Safety Protocol (Strict Final Sale)
Due to the intimate nature of hair products and strict international health and sanitation regulations, all wigs and hair accessories are considered Final Sale. * The "Invisible Seal" Rule: For health reasons, a wig is considered "used" the moment the shipping package or the internal protective net is opened. Once the product has been removed from its original packaging, it is 100% ineligible for return, exchange, or refund, regardless of whether it was worn or not.
2. Color and Style Subjectivity Disclaimer

Monitor Variance: Every electronic screen displays colors differently. ScentLab33/FeverCos does not guarantee that the wig color will perfectly match what you see on your specific device. Color discrepancy is not a valid reason for a "Product Not as Described" claim.

Styling Required: All Cosplay wigs are shipped in a "factory-flat" state to prevent damage. Professional styling (trimming, hairspraying, heating) is required by the customer to achieve the look shown in promotional photos. We do not accept returns based on the wig "not looking like the character" out of the box.
3. The "No-Modification" Clause
Any attempt to alter the product immediately voids all return possibilities. This includes, but is not limited to:

Cutting or trimming the fibers/lace.

Applying heat (even if the wig is "heat-resistant").

Applying hair products (gel, spray, wax).

Brushing or combing that alters the factory curl/wave pattern.

Any wig that carries the scent of perfume, smoke, or styling products.
4. Defect Reporting & Mandatory Unboxing Video
To prevent fraudulent claims, we have a strict "No Video, No Claim" policy.

Submission Window: Any claims for factory defects (e.g., major cap tearing) must be reported within 12 hours of the recorded delivery time.

The Unboxing Evidence: You must provide a continuous, unedited video showing the package being opened for the first time, with the shipping label clearly visible. If the video begins after the package is already opened, the claim will be automatically denied.
5. Authorized Return Logistics & Penalties
In the exceptional event that a return is authorized (e.g., wrong item sent):

Restocking Fee: A 40% Administrative & Hygiene Sanitization Fee will be deducted from the refund.

Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. The buyer is responsible for tracked return shipping to our designated international warehouse.

Lost Returns: FeverCos is not responsible for return packages lost in transit. If we do not receive the item in its original factory condition, no refund will be issued.
6. Refused or Unclaimed Packages
If a package is returned to us because the buyer refused delivery, failed to pick it up from the local post office, or provided an incorrect address:

No Refund will be issued. * The customer must pay a Reshipment Fee to have the order sent again. After 30 days of non-payment, the item will be considered abandoned and destroyed.
