FeverCos Terms of Service

1. Contractual Binding & Service Refusal

By accessing fevercos.com, you agree to these Terms. We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel orders, or blacklist (permanently ban) any customer at our sole discretion, particularly those who engage in "nuisance behavior" or harassment toward our support staff.

2. Product Specifications & Artistic Variance

  • Handmade Nature: All wigs are mass-produced with manual finishing. Minor variations in fiber density, length (within +/- 5cm), and shedding are considered normal industry standards and do not constitute a defect.

  • Sizing Disclaimer: Our wigs are "One Size Fits Most" (typically 54-58cm). It is the buyer's responsibility to measure their head/hair volume before purchase. No refunds will be granted for sizing issues or "uncomfortable fit."

  • "Out of the Box" Appearance: Promotional images feature wigs that have been professionally trimmed, sprayed, and styled. The product you receive is a "base wig." Dissatisfaction based on the wig not being "pre-styled" is not a ground for dispute.

3. Order Modifications & Cancellations

To ensure rapid fulfillment, our order processing is automated.

  • The 2-Hour Rule: Cancellations or address changes are only permitted within 2 hours of order placement. After this window, the order is locked into our international fulfillment stream and cannot be halted, modified, or refunded.

4. Shipping, Customs & Transfer of Risk

  • FOB Shipping Point: Ownership and the risk of loss or damage transfer to the buyer the moment the package is handed to the initial carrier. FeverCos is not responsible for theft (e.g., package piracy), weather damage, or carrier negligence.

  • Event Deadlines (Conventions): We provide "Estimated Delivery Dates" only. We are not liable for packages that do not arrive in time for your specific convention, photoshoot, or event. Choosing "Standard Shipping" for a time-sensitive event is at the buyer's sole risk.

  • Import Duties: The buyer is the "Importer of Record" and is responsible for all local taxes and customs fees. If a package is seized or destroyed by customs due to the buyer's failure to pay duties, no refund will be issued.

5. Limitation of Liability & Health Disclaimer

  • Skin Sensitivity: Synthetic fibers and wig caps may cause irritation to sensitive skin. ScentLab33/FeverCos is not liable for any allergic reactions or scalp conditions. Users are advised to wear a wig cap and perform a sensitivity test.

  • Heat Damage: While fibers may be labeled "heat-resistant," improper use of styling tools (exceeding 120°C/248°F) will cause melting. We are not responsible for damage caused by customer styling.

  • Total Liability: In no event shall FeverCos's total liability exceed the actual purchase price of the specific item in dispute.

6. Intellectual Property Disclaimer

FeverCos provides wigs for "transformative use" (Cosplay). Any character names or franchise references are for identification purposes only. We claim no affiliation with any animation studios, game developers, or copyright holders.

7. Dispute Resolution & Governing Law

  • Non-Disparagement: The buyer agrees not to post defamatory or unsubstantiated negative reviews on social media or third-party platforms before completing our internal dispute process.

  • Jurisdiction: All disputes arising from these terms shall be governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (HKSAR). Any legal action must be filed in the courts of Hong Kong.
