FeverCos Shipping & Delivery Policy
1. Order Processing & "Quality Assurance" Buffer
All wigs undergo a rigorous manual inspection and sanitization process before being dispatched.

Processing Time: Standard processing takes 3–7 business days. During peak "Convention Seasons" (e.g., before Halloween, Anime Expo, or Gamescom), processing may extend to 10–14 business days.

No Cancellation: Once an order enters the "Processing" status, it is considered a committed sale and cannot be canceled or modified.
2. Estimated Transit Times & "Event Deadline" Disclaimer

Estimates Only: Any delivery timelines provided at checkout are non-binding estimates.

The "Con-Date" Clause: FeverCos is NOT responsible for packages that fail to arrive in time for a specific convention, photoshoot, or deadline. We strongly advise ordering at least 8 weeks in advance. Choosing "Express Shipping" does not guarantee a specific delivery date; it only prioritizes the carrier’s handling.

No Refunds for Delays: Late delivery due to carrier delays, customs backlog, or flight cancellations does not entitle the buyer to a refund or a return.
3. International Logistics & Tracking "Gaps"

Consolidation Hubs: To keep costs low, wigs are shipped via international consolidation. Your tracking number may show no updates for 7–12 business days while the cargo is being manifested for international flight. This is normal and does not indicate a lost package.

Third-Party Tracking: Buyers are required to use our designated tracking portals. Discrepancies between different tracking apps are not grounds for a dispute.
4. Accuracy of Shipping Information
The buyer is strictly liable for the accuracy of the shipping address and contact number provided.

Address Errors: If a package is undeliverable due to an incorrect address, missing apartment number, or failure to provide a local phone number, the package will be abandoned.

No Reshipment: FeverCos will not provide free reshipments or refunds for "Returned to Sender" packages caused by buyer error. If you wish to have the item resent, you must pay the full shipping cost plus a $15 USD Administrative Fee.
5. Risk of Loss & Damage (FOB Shipping Point)

Transfer of Liability: All shipments are made FOB Shipping Point. This means FeverCos’s legal responsibility ends the moment the package is scanned by the initial carrier.

Damage in Transit: Wigs are delicate. While we pack them securely, we are not liable for boxes being crushed, water damage, or fibers being tangled during transit.

Theft: FeverCos is not responsible for "Porch Piracy" or packages stolen after being marked as "Delivered" by the carrier.
6. Customs, Duties, and Refusal of Entry

DDU Basis: All orders are shipped Delivered Duty Unpaid. The buyer is responsible for all import taxes and brokerage fees.

Refusal of Package: If a buyer refuses a package to avoid paying customs duties, or if the package is destroyed by customs, zero refund will be issued.
