On the surface, Tori is an angelic, cute, and wealthy boy who uses his charm to get exactly what he wants. Beneath that exterior, he is a sharp-tongued, arrogant "little devil" who looks down on "commoners" and isn't afraid to voice his displeasure. However, his character growth is one of the most significant in the series. He strives desperately to prove he is not just a pampered child protected by Yuzuru, but a capable idol worthy of standing next to Eichi. He works harder than anyone realizes to overcome his small stature and lack of stamina. His trademark peach-pink hair is a symbol of his "cute" brand, which he wields as a weapon of mass affection and domination.

Tori's hair is a classic "shota" cut—soft, rounded, and youthful. It emphasizes his small face and large eyes. The defining feature is his gravity-defying ahoge (cowlick), which acts almost like a radar for Eichi or trouble.
